Four

Dear Emma,

Today you are 4 years old.  I don't understand why you must be so disobedient.  I keep telling you to stop growing, and you keep ignoring me, time and time again, just like your brother and sister.

I remember the day you were born like it were yesterday.  I remember looking into that perfect chubby little face, holding that 9lb 1oz baby, and falling immensly and instantly in love.  I knew from the moment I saw you that you were the one meant to complete our family.  I never knew we were even missing a piece until I saw you.

From the beginning, you have been such a joy.  A perfectly wonderful baby, a bouncing, happy toddler, and now you have become a beautiful, spunky little girl.  Your smile can light even the darkest of rooms.  I love your sweet kisses, and feeling your chubby little arms wrapped around my neck in a perfect snuggly hug.  I love your daily singing and dancing shows, and all your snuggles and sugars that you save just for me. I love your hundreds of different facial expressions.  Oh the things you can say with only one look.  I wish I could capture every one on camera, they make me giggle so much. You are also crazy smart!  You amaze me constantly, my sweet Emma B.  Your future is limitless.

Always remember, "I love you to infinity and beyond" my darling daughter.  May all your birthday wishes come true!

Love,
Mommy

Very well said! I couldn't agree more. She was on a roll last night when you were at class, even with the heckles from A and MM! She is our performer... Love you!-- Marc

Ok, that just made me cry. You must be the perfect Mom! And by the way - she is NOT 4 already! There is no way!
