19 months

Well, she's actually 19.5 months now, but who's counting, right?! I can't believe how time just seems to be getting away from us. Emma is just growing up too quickly. Not a whole lot has changed in the last month for our little Emma. She still amazes us with her verbal skills she has added new songs that she likes to sing to her "playlist." So she now sings 7 different songs! She has also taken quite the interest in her big brother's guitar, or "tar" as she calls it. We think we may have a little budding musician on our hands. We are trying to get her to sing while she plays, but for now she will play, and then if we start singing she stops to join in and dance, and then when we finish, goes back to playing the "tar." She can count to 4, which shocked me the other day. I was giving her brother his warnings and started counting, 1. Emma finished it up with "2, 3, 4." Such a smart little cookie.
Emma's hair is getting really long, and I know I should take her to get it trimmed and shaped, but I can't bring myself to cut her little curls in the back. So for now, I guess she will continue walking around with her little mini-mullet. ;) At least she keeps her bow in most of the time now- some mornings she even asks for it! :) That's my girl!
