We actually got a decent amount of snow here in Charlotte last night. We got somewhere around 4 inches at our house. It really was pretty this morning. The kids were itching to get outside and play around in it. When we got outside, Emma was having a hard time walking in the snow and her boots and kept falling down, so she didn't think much of that. Once she got up in her swing, she was exactly where she wanted to be. She could still see it, but didn't have to actually be IN it. Andrew had fun chasing me with snowballs and attempting to hit me. heehee Andrew laid down to make a snow angel and of course Mary McLean wanted to do so too, so she laid down, but insisted she wasn't making a snow angel, but a snow princess instead. Please forgive MM's hat, she had to borrow Andrew's because hers was in my car and the doors were frozen shut, so I couldn't get to it. Andrew was very sweet to let her borrow it, and I'm shocked that she put up very little argument about having to wear a "boy" hat. ;)
