In the construction room, all the kids enjoyed themselves. Andrew of course had fun driving the bulldozer around, while Emma and Mary Mac entertained themselves building castles with the giant Legos. Andrew also had help from one of the Edventure workers building a house to play in.

Everyone had fun playing with the Volkswagon Beetle. Emma and Mary Mac drove, while Andrew pumped gas.

In the grocery store, Andrew manned the register, while Mary Mac did her weekly shopping. She was very upset when we told her that the cake wasn't real and we couldn't take it home. She kept crying, "I want cake!" Andrew did a great job scanning each item after locating the barcode on everything. He even knew to type things into the register for the non-barcoded items, such as vegetables, and the cake and doughnuts that Mary Mac was "buying." Emma just had fun pushing the buggy around.

If you have never been to Edventure before, then you probably don't know about Eddie. He is a 2 story tall boy that you can climb around in and see the insides of the human body. You can go up in the brain, and climb all the way down his body. In his stomach there are these huge pieces of food you can jump around on (see below). Andrew has always been to scared to do any of this for some reason, and there are many parts that I am too big to climb through with him, so we haven't really ever done much. Well, Mary McLean is not scared of doing anything, so she was all over Eddie's inards. I had to coax Andrew to come into the stomach area where the slide down was. Then I had to let him sit in my lap to slide down, note that Mary McLean had already gone down all by herself without any encouragment. It took me doing this twice before Andrew was ready to do it himself. After that they went down probably about 20 more times! Nothing like watching your 2 year old show up your 5 year old! haha! Anyways, Andrew's fear (whatever it was) is now gone.

In Timbuktu, the kids had the most fun playing the bongo drums and watching themselves on the television screen. All of my kids love banging on drums, and watching them do this together, was so funny. Mary Mac and Emma went back to play them by themselves a couple of times.

Emma had fun in the music room on the floor piano.

I think Emma's favorite area was the toddler playroom
