This was it. This was my week to try and get Emma potty trained. I decided last weekend, that this was the best opportunity, there was very little going on this week, so it was the perfect time to try and accomplish this task. She's actually done pretty well. We had a minor setback on Wednesday when we had to go look for invitations with Nana for a party next month (and do a little shopping at the mall as well) ;). But yesterday we were back in full force. We had her friend Anna (who is also potty training this week) come over and we had a potty training party, it was a BYOP (bring your own potty). Emma is doing awesome! Only 2 accidents yesterday, and one was probably more my fault than hers. She even woke up from her nap and called me to come get her because she had to go potty. I'm so proud of her! Hope she keeps it up. It would be so great to have all our kids out of diapers! It would be the first time we haven't had to buy diapers in over 6 years! Yes, that's right, since Andrew was born (will be 7 years ago in Jaunary), we have had at least one kid in diapers at all times! I can't even begin to imagine how much money we have spent on them...crazy to even think about! Keep your fingers crossed that this sticks!

You are going to be SOOOO happy when it's all done! It's funny that after changing diapers for so many years, now I actually get sick to my stomach trying to change a diaper! You just get out of the habit :) It's a great habit to break ;)
I can't even think about all the money you guys have spent on diapers. Good luck...hope your done with them soon!!!
