In looking at the calander last week, I noticed that most all of our weekends were full between now and when we leave for IOP on July 3rd, so we headed back down to GUD's house in Pawleys Island for one last quick trip.
We had beautiful weather and enjoyed 6+ hours at the beach on Saturday and 5 hrs on Sunday before heading home. The kids all had a blast, and we even got Emma back into the ocean. Last year it took her a while before she would go in, and it seems the same is true this year. We had to coax her in slowly, but once she got in and warmed up to the idea, she was happy as could be.
Watch out Baywatch! :) haha
She loved the tidal pools again, and was most content just playing in those. She took her kickboard (aka- her "surfboard") and would jump on it in the tidal pool like she was riding the waves.
