Oh my gosh...

Andrew came home from school today and I was asking him about his day, things they learned, etc. So then he looks at me and says:
Andrew: "Mom, this girl was looking at me and Jacob today, and I was like, 'Hey, I have a girlfriend!'"
Me: (in shock) "You have a girlfriend!? Who is your girlfriend?!"
Andrew: (rolling eyes) "I don't really have a girlfriend, but she didn't know that!"

I about wet my pants I was laughing so hard. I wish I had the video camera to record this conversation because the way he said it was just so funny!

Also, when I dropped Mary McLean off at school, the teacher said that she thought Mary McLean and a little boy named Camden had a budding romance. I was like, "Oh really." They said the day before they were running all over the place holding hands and were inseperable. I looked at Mary Mac and said, "I'm not sure how I feel about that." ;) When I picked her up this afternoon they told me there were no worries, they wanted nothing to do with each other today. Evidently Alaina (the only other girl in her class) was out on Wednesday, but was back again today, so Mary Mac had her "friend" back to play with.
