Ok, "Anonymous." You got your message through, I know it's time for an update, and I've been putting it off, mainly because my computer is so slow that it takes forever to download a picture, and sometimes Blogger is very finicky and won't upload photos for me, but I digress. Here is an update from last weekend. Better late than never, right? And don't think you're fooling me, I know who you are! ;)
On Saturday we went to the Palmetto Sportsmans Classic in Columbia. Pops (my dad) helps put this show together every year, and the kids have a lot of fun there. Mary McLean can eat herself around the show, and Andrew can do all kinds of neat "boy" things there, like going fishing. The weather was less than desirable for our visit this year, so we didn't stay very long. It started raining buckets on us, so we loaded up and headed back to Charlotte.
I got some kind of nasty stomach thing when we got home, so I was out of commission for most of Saturday afternoon and all night, leaving Marc to fend for himself with the kids. Luckily by late Sunday afternoon I was feeling much better and was able to attend a potluck dinner with some great friends and neighbors Sunday night.
