Dear Emma,
My little Picasso, my walls are not meant for your artwork. I love that you feel free to express yourself with your art, I just wish you wouldn't do it across the walls of the playroom, living room, foyer, or kitchen. I know they are little masterpieces, but I would much rather have them on paper so I can frame them at eye level, much more to the enjoyment of others, not 3 feet off the ground. I hope that one day you are able to create beautiful murals for all to enjoy, just not right now, in my house. So the next time you come across a stray crayon, please try and contain your creativity long enough for Mommy to get you some paper for you to transfer the brilliant ideas floating around in your precious little head.

Love the new background. Such a sweet letter to Emma - I'm sure you had other choice words you wanted to say too! Glad you liked my quote - it was the first thing that came to mind when I saw that picture and I thought you might enjoy it!
