Christmas Day part 3

Christmas day was spent with all our families, that morning was spent with Marc's family, the afternoon was spent with my family, and our evening was spent with our Charlotte family. Misty graciously opened her house (and kitchen) to all 8 of us along with other neighbors and friends, the Caywoods. It was a perfect ending to a wonderful Christmas. Besides being with family all day, we were also eating. Marc cooked us a yummy breakfast Christmas morning, at lunch we had the barbeque I previously mentioned, and then Misty outdid herself with a delicious Christmas supper. We had turkey, ham, gravy, dressing, sweet potato casserole, glazed carrots, green bean casserole, macaroni and cheese, shrimp pasta salad, deviled eggs, and who knows what else. Now before you ask, yes, we did bring some of these things with us, but Misty really did the majority of it all herself. I'm still not sure how I managed to keep eating since by dinnertime I was completely stuffed! Unfortunately I could not bring myself to partake in any of the delicious desserts she had prepared. I had to roll myself home as it was from all the overeating!

A glimpse at the desserts, cookies, cupcakes, poundcake, cherry-apple crisp, pecan pie, among others
Mac and Cheese, pasta salad, deviled eggs, and a frozen cranberry salad (which reminds me, I still have some left in my freezer...be right back) ;)

dressing, green beans, carrots, and sweet potatos
