So when Andrew got his drumset, Marc and I had dreams and visions of our kids in a family band on Disney Channel (think JoBro or Hannah Montanna, but with the Baur kids instead). Well as quickly as that dream entered our minds, it was shattered just as quickly. We set Andrew's drumset up and Andrew got the first turn, then each of his sister's took a turn. When it came back to Andrew's turn again, Mary Mac decided she was going to sing along to his drumming. As soon as Andrew started banging, she covered her ears and started yelling at him that it was "too loud and Mommy can't hear me singing!" So she dropped out of the band and went for her solo album in her room, where she made me come and listen to her concert. Who were we kidding? Those two will never be able to work together, conflicting personalities and all. Ha!
