Christmas- Round 2

My wish for Christmas was for my kids to sleep past 6 am- well, it was a Christmas miracle!  The first kid, Andrew, got up at a few minutes after 6 (I guess I wasn't specific enough in what I meant by sleeping past 6-haha).  Emma got up next around 6:15, and then Mary McLean was up by 6:30- it's probably one of our later Christmas mornings yet.  :)

Andrew and Emma are ready to see if Santa came for a visit

Andrew got a "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" book in his stocking

Emma loved all the candy she got

Whenever Emma opened a present she would gasp and say, "Awesome!"  She was super-excited about getting her computer she had been telling everyone she was getting

The girls LOVED their umbrellas from GUD....who knew umbrellas could be so much fun?

Stocking stuffer from Nana and Pops- they had these at one of the Clemson games and the kids thought they were great- gross

We had a wonderful Christmas this year as always.  We got up early, opened some gifts.  Took a break and had a yummy breakfast prepared by Marc (he makes the best eggs), and then opened the rest of the presents.  We had our traditional Christmas dinner of barbeque.  My uncle orders it and brings it up with him.  It is seriously the best barbeque ever.  It is the only place I like it from.  It's that good.  We ate until we couldn't eat anymore, we played, and we laughed.  It was sad to say goodbye to GUD, and Nana and Pops, we hated to see the day end.  It did end with our first "White Christmas" as the snow they  had been predicting in Charlotte finally started to fall that evening- more on the snow in the next post.

I hope everyone else had as wonderful a Christmas as we had.  I can't believe 2010 is almost over now!
