Another Saturday spent in one of my favorite places on earth, Clemson! We drove up early Saturday morning for the Clemson/Duke game. It was homecoming weekend, and we couldn't have asked for a better day. When we left Charlotte, it was very overcast and raining. According to the weather channel, they were forcasting rain right up until game time. We loaded up our rain gear and headed off hoping for the best. By the time we got to Clemson, the sun had poked out and the rain had cleared away. It was a very windy day, but temperature wise, it was great! Much better than September when we were melting from the heat!
Marc, my mom, and I took the kids over to Bowman field to see the floats. Student organizations (mostly fraternities) build the floats the week leading up to the homecoming game. Andrew and Mary McLean enjoyed the ones they could walk through the most.

Back at our tailgate, Mary McLean enjoyed licking pink icing off the cupcakes Pops had made for her for her birthday on Monday.

Emma and Andrew came and sat with me and Marc at the game and Mary Mac went to sit with Nana and Pops. Emma was so excited to be at the game and had so much fun dancing and clapping with the pregame music!

You would never know that Emma was asleep about 10 minutes after all these pictures, she slept through the entire first quarter and part of the second. Mary McLean slept through the whole first half with Nana and Pops, their seats were a little cooler since they were in the shade the whole time, so they had her wrapped up in a towel to help keep her warm.

Taking good pictures again, I see. :) I love Emma's shirt/dress - where did you find that?
